Malta applies EU 2019/947 under the Civil Aviation Directorate (Ministry of Transport). MATS (Malta Air Traffic Services) manages air traffic and publishes NOTAMs. Malta is a particular case: its small size (316 km²) means the CTR of LMML covers virtually the entire territory.
